On Wednesday, August 13th, 2025, something inspiring happened in Lagos, Nigeria. Bolaji Ajibare, popularly known as The Social Media Oga, brought her vibrant online community into the real world with her first-ever physical event: Beyond The Post; The Feed In Real Life. And let us tell you- the impact was immediate and lasting.

Co-sponsored by Mainstack, this wasn't the regular networking event. It was a masterclass in turning digital presence into real-world impact, bringing together 87 passionate creatives ready to take their content game to the next level.

It was a room buzzing with introductions that naturally evolved into meaningful conversations. That's exactly how the event kicked off. The real-time problem-solving and hands-on approach made these sessions incredibly valuable for creators ready to monetize their expertise.

In a world where the digital landscape is ever-evolving, a new vanguard of female visionaries is redefining the creator ecosystem with their groundbreaking work and innovative approaches. 

This International Women's Day, we turn the spotlight on the African continent, where female creators are not just participating in the knowledge creation industry; they are leading it, challenging norms, and inspiring a new generation. 

At Mainstack, we have featured these 26 inspirational women and profound creators, from coaches and artists to innovators and digital entrepreneurs, they are reshaping the narrative around African creativity and its global impact.

TriciaBiz 

Tricia Olufemi-Olumide, aka TriciaBiz- The Business Fixer, is a seasoned Entrepreneur, Author, and Business Growth Expert with over 15 years of experience in Nigeria. 

She's the driving force behind Business Lab Academy Africa, training over 250,000 entrepreneurs, and the founder of Ziba Beach Resort. 

Tricia's expertise spans marketing, project management, and sales techniques. Recognized globally, she holds degrees in English and Literature, Public Relations, and has received numerous prestigious awards for her impactful work.

Dr. Addy Olubamiji 

Dr. Adeola Olubamiji (Dr. Addy) is a leader in Digital Transformation and STEM education with rapid advancements in Additive Manufacturing across various continents. 

She transitioned from an entry-level engineer to a director in just four years post-Ph.D., showcasing her expertise and leadership. She founded the STEMHub Foundation, impacting over 15,000 minority professionals and children in Canada, and her consultancy, D-Tech Centrix, has aided over 10,000 immigrants in securing high-paying jobs globally. 

Dr. Addy has received multiple awards for her contributions, including being named DMZ Canada's Woman of the Year in 2022 and one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women in 2020.

Chioma Ifeanyi-Eze (BSc, ACTI, FCA)

Chioma is a brilliant accountant and entrepreneur with over 11 years of experience including a notable tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers and leading finance roles in companies like Jumia Nigeria, transitioned her passion for small businesses into founding Accountinghub in 2016. 

This bookkeeping firm, dedicated to African SMEs, has since served over 1,000 businesses and trained more than 100,000 owners. Her mission is to revolutionize business accounting in Nigeria and Africa through storytelling and technology.

Additionally, her engagement in business education led to the creation of Chioma Business School in June 2021. Holding a BSc, MSc in Accounting & Finance, and an MBA, Chioma is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of ICAN, celebrated for her contributions to academia and entrepreneurship. 

 A mother of four and married for 11 years, she continues her quest to revolutionize business practices globally.

Nelly Agbogu

Nelly Agbogu, also known as NaijaBrandChick, is an Online Business Consultant and founder of Nellies Nigeria, a leading healthy snack company. She leverages technology to help SMEs grow, evident in her creation of the NBC Trade Fair, which has generated over $2 million in revenue.                                                         

Starting in 2018, the fair has grown to national acclaim and is expanding internationally. Nelly also runs Dominate Sales and Influence, a program teaching business owners to scale using technology. 

 Recognized by the Tony Elumelu Foundation and honored by the Governor of Lagos State for her commitment to gender equity, she has been featured by Yahoo! Finance and nominated as Business Influencer of the Year 2021 by Pulse Nigeria. 

Nelly is a TedX speaker, an advocate for small businesses, and has been acknowledged for her contributions to the food industry. Married with three children, her work has gained both national and international attention.

Stephanie Obi 

Stephanie Obi is an award-winning author, speaker, and business coach who has significantly impacted the Nigerian online course industry since 2013. She has collaborated with top African CEOs, empowering women globally to build wealth through online courses. 

Her "Knowledge is the New Gold" movement, encompassing a book, courses, and an academy, has helped establish successful digital businesses. Recognized with the Beta Gamma Sigma 2021 Entrepreneurial Achievement Award, Obi has shared her expertise at major conferences and been featured in Forbes and other prestigious media. 

A First-Class Computer Science graduate from Covenant University with an MBA from Lagos Business School, she also serves on the Lagos Business School Alumni Association's Executive Council. Known for her infectious humor, Obi adds a delightful charm to her professional persona.

Temilade S. Olanrewaju

Temilade S. Olanrewaju is a climate education and communications professional. She is the founder and Executive Director of "EcoChampions," a leading network of young environmentalists in Africa. 

Over five years, she's led initiatives across 26 countries, promoting climate education integration into African schools. With a master's degree in Environment, Development, and Policy, from the University of Sussex, she authored two books addressing climate education gaps. 

Temilade also launched the Climate Education Leaders Fellowship in Africa to mentor future climate leaders. Her work has garnered recognition on on various local and international platforms like the UN, BBC, TVC, and SKY news. She actively contributes to UNESCO's SDG Youth network and climate education coalition.

Florence Akpan, RCIC, CPA, CMA

Florence Akpan is the visionary founder and Lead Consultant of InfoPlace Canada, a premier virtual Canadian consulting firm established in 2017. 

With expertise as a Chartered Professional Accountant and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, Florence has driven InfoPlace Canada's growth from a solo venture to a team of nearly 20 professionals, serving over 5,000 clients from 40 countries in the past six years. The firm, renowned for its credible immigration updates, reaches over 120,000 individuals through various social media platforms.

Phidelia Imiegha

Phidelia Imiegha is a writer, communications strategist, and digital creator. She is passionate about storytelling and the media, and the role they play in shaping our realities. She has over 6 years of experience as a communications strategist, working in the social impact sector.

 As a digital lifestyle creator, Phidelia documents and shares bits of her everyday life with a focus on healthy living, travel, fitness and self-care. Nancy Nwosu

Nancy Nwosu, also known as TNN, is a highly sought-after Digital Marketing Consultant, Master of Ceremonies, and NGO Founder. With expertise in digital marketing strategy, she drives significant revenue for various clients through high-ticket launches and events.

Chidera Peters is a personal finance coach and marketing professional who is committed to financial inclusivity for immigrants in the U.K. especially women. 

She is the founder of  Money Wife, a financial literacy and community for women of African descent in the U.K. 

She aims to help people understand the U.K.’s money system, invest and leverage financial opportunities while living wholesome lives. 

 Chidera has also worked closely with non-UK citizens by founding an online platform called the C.P. Community that provides academic resources and guidance to over 10,000 international students.

Bolanle Banwo Osadolo

Bolanle Banwo Osadolo is a Lagos-based Brand Identity designer and founder of Geneza Brands. She launched The Female Designer Movement (Azari) to empower women in tech, training over 7000 participants. 

Honored with the Tech Elle Award '23 and a 2024 Bupa Everywoman in Technology Awards finalist, she has also served as a UN Women delegate. Bolanle's initiatives and work have earned her recognition on platforms like BBC Pidgin and at events like the JAN/Microsoft DigiGirlz Camp.

Abibat Oluwakemi Babalola- Adedoyin

Abibat Oluwakemi Babalola- Adedoyin is the creative Director of Habeebah Cakes and confectionery, a baking studio located in Osogbo, Osun state, Nigeria a business born out of the passion.

She's a graduate of Food science from Lautech Ogbomosho and got her M.Sc from UI and started her career from Nigerian bottling company Ikeja Lagos. She has been a Lecturer at the Federal Polytechnic Ede Osun state for the past decade. 

She enjoys teaching and impacting knowledge with over 5000 students across different programs. She is also the Author of the bestselling book titled Cakepreneur, a book that teaches about mastering the business of cake decorating among many other books written over the years.
